FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What brands of LED can you repair?

All of them. LED displays share a common architecture — modules, hub boards, signal cables, processors — and our technicians are trained to work across that architecture, not tied to a single manufacturer. Whatever brand is on your screen, our team is equipped to service it. Contact us regardless of who installed your display or where it was purchased.

What is a typical LED screen repair turnaround time?

It depends on volume. A small job — four or five modules — can often be turned around in a matter of hours. Larger or more complex jobs typically take a day or two. We understand the urgency that comes with an upcoming deadline like a game, event, or opening, and we have the ability to respond accordingly to prioritize your service.

What do your service Contracts cover?

Our contracts cover whatever you need them to cover. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you want — from simple proactive monitoring to depot repair to onsite module replacement, and every part in between. We’re only limited by what you ask us to take on. Whether that’s a single annual health check or full lifecycle management of your entire display network, we’ll scope a contract around your team’s needs, not a fixed template.

Do you offer on-site LED repair service?

Yes. Through our own technicians and our national service partner network, we can dispatch qualified service to your location anywhere in North America. On-site service is available both as a service contract option and as a paid service for out-of-warranty repairs.

Do you only service displays you installed, or any manufacturer’s hardware?

Any manufacturer’s hardware — we service it regularly, and we’re just as committed to quality on those jobs as we are on our own installations. Because test fixtures, hub boards, LEDs, and ICs vary by manufacturer, we may need to source parts specific to your display. If you have spare parts on hand, let us know — it significantly shortens turnaround time.

What is a pre-season health check, and do I need one?

A pre-season health check is a comprehensive inspection of your entire display system before your season or event schedule begins. We check LED integrity, cabling, hub boards, power supplies, processor settings, firmware, and mapping — flagging anything that’s failing or running on a backup path. It’s available for displays from any manufacturer, and it’s significantly less expensive than an emergency repair during your opening weekend.

Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?

Yes. Our service team is available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. If your display fails on a Friday night before a Saturday game, call us. Someone will answer.

What happens if my display can’t be repaired?

If a display is beyond repair, we’ll tell you honestly — and then help you find a replacement. We carry in-stock options across indoor, outdoor, and sports LED lines that can often be configured to fit an existing installation footprint.

How do I track the status of my repair?

Every repair is tracked through our internal ticketing system from intake to shipping. You’ll receive updates as your job moves through the process. We’re also developing customer-facing repair dashboards to give you real-time visibility — that feature is coming soon.

Why does every LED display eventually need service?

Every electronic component has a failure rate — for a standard LED display, the industry expectation is roughly 2% component failure over the life of the display. That can mean a power supply, an LED, or an IC. As displays accumulate hours, these failures become more likely. It’s not a product defect; it’s the nature of the technology. What matters is having a service partner who can respond quickly when it happens — regardless of who built your display. That’s us.
